Mkhitar Hayrapetyan visited Renderforest company

YEREVAN, AUGUST 2, ARMENPRESS. Today, the Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, and Deputy Minister Ruben Simonyan visited Renderforest, an online platform for automated design and video creation. Renderforest offers a suite of tools for creating digital content, including videos, animations, websites, logos, mockups, social media graphics, and slideshows. The platform has more than 20 million users from all over the world. 

According to a readout issued by the Armenian Ministry of High-Tech Industry, although Renderforest was founded in Yerevan in 2013, the company opened a new office in the "Woods" center in 2024, featuring non-standard ideas and solutions. The new office includes 600 workplaces, event and conference halls, an innovative educational center capable of accommodating educational programs for 2,000 students per year, and a professional library with a collection of 10,000 books.

Artur Safaryan, the director of "Woods" center, presenting the company's history and current activities to the minister, introduced the center's multifunctional capabilities, implemented programs, and also referred to the company's educational center, the Modern Academy. 

According to the source, a number of opportunities for cooperation were discussed at the meeting, including the connection between the state and the private sector. The minister presented the ministry's active steps in supporting the sector, the opportunities arising from these efforts, and the implemented programs and upcoming plans.

It is noted that the Renderforest product was entirely designed and created in Armenia. The company's capital is wholly Armenian. Remarkably, over 97 percent of the company's products are exported, showcasing Armenia as a significant player in the high-tech export sector. Among Renderforest's clients are US government agencies, Vodafone, Canon, and others. In 2015, the organization's first office was opened in Gyumri. Renderforest is a major taxpayer in Armenia, employing more than 80 specialists.
