YEREVAN, JULY 3, ARMENPRESS. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan congratulated Badr Abdel-Aty on his appointment as Foreign Minister of Egypt and thanked former Minister Sameh Shoukry for the effective cooperation.
“I extend warmest congratulations to Mr. Badr Abdel-Aty on being appointed as Foreign Minister of Egypt.
Egypt is a friendly and reliable partner for Armenia, and I look forward to working closely towards further strengthening bilateral ties & cooperation with in multilateral foras," the Foreign Minister said in a post on X.
FM Mirzoyan also highly appreciated the cooperation with the former Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukri.
“Was pleasure & privilege to work with FM Sameh Shoukry to enhance Armenia’s relations with friendly Egypt. Jointly we have contributed to Armenia-Egypt high-level political dialogue & broader cooperation. It has been truly appreciated!” Mirzoyan posted.
