“Artificial Intelligence” course introduced in 16 Armenian schools

YEREVAN, JUNE 5, ARMENPRESS. In cooperation with the private sector, an "Artificial Intelligence" course was implemented in 16 schools in Armenia last year, stated by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan at the joint session of the NA Standing Committees during the discussion of the annual report "On the implementation of the Armenia state budget 2023".

Zhanna Andreasyan highlighted the introduction of the credit system in senior classes, within the framework of which school credits are recognized by universities.

"Within this framework, in cooperation with the private sector, we introduced an "Artificial Intelligence" course in 16 schools. In this sense, our country is one of the first countries in the world that already has such a program at the school level," said the minister.
