“Dimension” CJSC acts as the underwriter of “Fast Bank” CJSC’s AMD denominated 11.25% 30-months fixed-rate bonds

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 23, ARMENPRESS. Dimension Investments is appointed as Sole Underwriter for Fast Bank CJSC’sAMD denominated 11.25% fixed-rate coupon bonds. The placement takes place between November 17, 2023 and February 27, 2024.

The terms of AMD bonds are the following:

-Coupon rate: 11.25% per annum

-Volume of the placement: 1,000,000,000

-Nominal value of one bond: AMD 100,000

-Coupon frequency: quarterly

-Maturity period: 30 months

In addition to the new placement of AMD bonds, Dimension Investments continues the placement of the USD denominated fixed-rate annual coupon bonds until December 27.

The terms of USD bonds are the following:

-Coupon rate: 6.20% per annum

-Volume of the placement: USD 4,000,000

-Nominal value of one bond: USD 100

-Coupon frequency: quarterly

-Maturity period: 30 months
