France calls for unconditional, unimpeded humanitarian supplies to Nagorno-Karabakh

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 19, ARMENPRESS. French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna has called for unimpeded humanitarian aid for Nagorno-Karabakh.

Two ICRC convoys delivered aid to blockaded Nagorno-Karabakh on September 18.

“Two humanitarian convoys have reached Nagorno-Karabakh through the Lachin and Aghdam checkpoints. This should be the first step for unconditional and unimpeded humanitarian access, in accordance with international law and the ruling of the International Court of Justice,” Colonna said in a post on X.
