Armenian PM congratulates PM Anthony Albanese on Australian national holiday, expresses hope for intensification of ties

YEREVAN, JANUARY 26, ARMENPRESS. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Anthony Albanese, Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Australia, on the occasion of the national holiday.

I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of Australia on the occasion of the national holiday, Australia Day.
Since the establishment of diplomatic relations, Armenia and Australia have developed friendly bilateral ties, sharing common values and goals. I sincerely hope that with joint efforts we will give a new charge to our relations for the benefit of our peoples.
The large Armenian community in Australia, which plays a significant role in all spheres of Australian social and political life, is also an important stimulus for the development and strengthening of our interstate cooperation.
I wish you good health and new success, and prosperity and happiness to the friendly people of Australia,” PM Pashinyan said in the message published by his office.
