EU assesses Brussels meeting of Armenia-Azerbaijan border commissions as constructive

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 4, ARMENPRESS. The European Union commends the constructive atmosphere in which the 3rd meeting of the Armenia-Azerbaijan border commissions took place in Brussels on November 3, Spokesperson for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Nabila Massrali said in a statement.

“The EU today hosted and opened in Brussels the 3rd meeting of Armenia's and Azerbaijan's border commissions.

This meeting follows agreements reached at the highest level between President of the European Council Charles Michel, President Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during their trilateral Brussels meetings.

The EU commends the constructive atmosphere in which the meeting was conducted, and the willingness of the parties to continue working on addressing border-related issues, as well as to improve the security situation”, the statement says.
