Armenia extradites theft suspect to France

Armenia has extradited a theft suspect to France, the Prosecutor General’s Office said.

Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan approved a request from the French authorities, and the suspect was handed over on September 9, 2026.

Authorities did not disclose the identity of the accused, identifying the person only by the initials D.K. The suspect is accused of 18 counts of aggravated theft and attempted theft.
