His Holiness Aram I Catholicos departs for US and Canada

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 27, ARMENPRESS. His Holiness Aram I Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia departed for the US and Canada to take part in the ceremonies dedicated to the 20th anniversary of his patriarchal election and consecration in Los Angeles, Montreal and New York, press service of the Great House of Cilicia informed “Armenpress”.

Last year was the 20th anniversary of his Catholicos service, however, His Holiness Aram I asked not to organize any ceremony taking into account the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

Meetings and talks with the youth, inter-church meetings, visits to community centers are scheduled.
