Former foreign minister of Nagorno-Karabakh David Babayan arrested by Azerbaijani authorities – local media

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 30, ARMENPRESS. Former Foreign Minister and presidential advisor of Nagorno-Karabakh David Babayan has been arrested by Azerbaijani authorities, Azerbaijani media reported citing the country’s prosecutor-general’s office.

Babayan said on September 28 that he would turn himself in to Azeri authorities.
