Economy Minister predicts over 1billion USD trade with Iran in near future

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 10, ARMENPRESS. In the last two years, Armenia has made great progress in trade relations with Iran, Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan told ARMENPRESS, answering the question of what potential he sees for economic cooperation between Armenia and Iran.

"In 2020, our trade turnover was about 400 million dollars, in 2021 - 500 million dollars, and in 2022 - more than 700 million dollars. We believe that in the near future we will cross the border of 1 billion in mutual trade with Iran," said the Minister of Economy.
