YEREVAN, DECEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS. On December 29, Artsakh Republic State Minister Ruben Vardanyan introduced the newly appointed ministers to the staffs of the Ministries of Agriculture and Territorial Administration and Infrastructure.

As ARMENPRESS was informed by the office of the Artsakh State Minister, introducing the newly appointed Minister of Agriculture Hrant Safaryan, who was the director of the Rural and Agriculture Support Fund, the State Minister emphasized the round-the-clock heavy work of the fund and its head under the blockade. He also thanked Acting Minister Tigran Arstamyan for taking responsibility and leading the sector at this difficult stage.

"Sectoral reforms will continue, and the Ministry of Agriculture and the Rural and Agricultural Support Fund must work closely together to ensure development. We will make the fund the driving force of the sector, because agriculture is one of the strategic directions of our country," said the Minister of State.

Introducing Suren Galstyan, the newly appointed Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, Ruben Vardanyan specially emphasized the role of the Ministry, under whose coordination there are a number of important directions. He also thanked Acting Minister Vardan Beglaryan for joint work.

The Minister of State noticed that although the blockade has altered the course of formation of the new government and planned structural changes, the goals and priorities remain the same. "We will continue our struggle with effective management and persistent efforts aimed at restoring justice," said Ruben Vardanyan.
