YEREVAN, OCTOBER 3, ARMENPRESS. Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan received the US Ambassador to Armenia Lynne Tracy.

As ARMENPRESS was informed from the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, at the beginning of the meeting, the Deputy PM presented the situation created as a result of the recent large-scale aggression of Azerbaijan against the sovereign territory of Armenia and thanked the US authorities for the addressed statements. The Ambassador emphasized the visits of the ambassadors accredited to Armenia to the affected settlements organized by the Government.

The Deputy PM and the US Ambassador also exchanged ideas on issues related to Armenian-US bilateral cooperation, referred to the work being done in the direction of the creation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Armenia.
