Commander of 3rd Army Corps Grigori Khachaturov bestowed with Major-General military rank

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 20, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian signed a decree according to which Commander of the 3rd Army Corps, Colonel Grigori Khachaturov has been bestowed with the military rank of Major-General, the Presidential Office told Armenpress.

The President signed the respective decree based on the Prime Minister’s proposal.
