Azerbaijan will never become observer or partner at CSTO, says lawmaker Ruben Rubinyan

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 5, ARMENPRESS. Armenia will never agree Azerbaijan to become an observer or partner state at the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Chair of the Parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee Ruben Rubinyan said during the committee’s session on September 5.

“Azerbaijan will not become an observer at the CSTO, Azerbaijan will not become a partner at the CSTO. Why am I so sure, because Armenia will never give consent for it,” Rubinyan said.
