Armenian president congratulates Bulgaria on Liberation Day

YEREVAN, MARCH 3, ARMENPRESS. Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has sent a congratulatory cable to Bulgarian President Rumen Radev to felicitate him and the people of Bulgaria on Liberation Day.

Bulgaria celebrates Liberation Day as a national holiday on March 3.

In the cable, Sarkissian noted that Armenia attaches great importance to relations with Bulgaria, that are based on friendship between the Armenian and Bulgarian peoples, cultural and spiritual traditions, the president’s office said.
