President of Artsakh lays wreath at monument of Spitak earthquake victims

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 7, ARMENPRESS. Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan on December 7 visited the Stepanakert Memorial Complex and laid a wreath at the monument of innocent victims of the 1988 Spitak earthquake victims, press service of the Artsakh Presidential Office told Armenpress.

The President was accompanied by the country’s top officials.
