Armenian Parliament’s Vice-Speaker departs for Venice on working visit

YEREVAN, JUNE 15, ARMENPRESS. Vice-Speaker of Armenia’s Parliament Arpine Hovhannisyan departed for Venice on working visit to take part in the 111th plenary session of the Venice Commission (the European Commission for Democracy through Law), press service of the Parliament told Armenpress.

During the session Mrs. Hovhannisyan will present the further process of opinions given to Electoral Code in light of the parliamentary elections held in Armenia on April 2.

At the session the preliminary version of views over the ‘Constitutional Court’ draft law will be presented aimed at approving it.

Within the frames of the visit Arpine Hovhannisyan will have meetings with co-rapporteurs of the Venice Comission to discuss the draft Judicial Code of Armenia.
