Armenian government, Spanish GS Inima Environment S.A ink MoU for water-supply improvement and development

YEREVAN, JUNE 7, ARMENPRESS. The state committee of water management of the Armenian ministry of energy infrastructures and natural resources and the Spanish “GS Inima Environment S.A” signed a memorandum of understanding today in the government. Armenian PM Karen Karapetyan was present at the signing ceremony.
The document was signed between Arsen Harutyunyan, chairman of the Armenian water management committee, and CEO of the Spanish company Marta Verde Blázquez.
GS Inima Environment S.A is leading company in the water management sector across the world, which is carrying out state-private sector partnership programs in 18 countries.
Under the memorandum, the sides will cooperate in improving and developing water supply and draining infrastructures in Armenia.
Prior to signing the document, PM Karapetyan and Ms. Blazquez discussed the cooperation and several other issues of mutual interest.
Blazquez mentioned that she appreciates the proactiveness of the Armenian government, and is willing to cooperate in the abovementioned directions and propose innovative solutions for the existing issues.
