Artsakh posts equipped with more modern and new arms

STEPANAKERT, JUNE 5, ARMENPRESS. Artsakh’s Defense Army had no shortage of ammunition during the April war, Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan, Commander of the Defense Army of Artsakh, told reporters, reports Armenpress.

“The ammunition has been positioned several times more than it was set. During the April events we didn’t have shortage of arms. Currently we have increase in terms of types of ammunition in the frontline. It has been equipped with technically more modern and latest tools”, Mnatsakanyan said.

The Artsakh Defense Army carries out works to deliver flowing water in the military posts. “We have taken the pipes to the posts to deliver flowing water”, he said.

The Defense Army Commander stated that at the moment officers are provided with a chance in the military units to stay in touch with their families via internet. “In addition, we will also provide them with Skype which is at the completion stage”, he said.
