Armenia to send new humanitarian aid to Syria

YEREVAN, MAY 4, ARMENPRESS. Armenia will send new humanitarian assistance for the Syrian population.

The government approved the relevant draft at the Cabinet meeting.

Foreign minister Edward Nalbandian said 43 million drams will be provided to the foreign ministry for transferring it to the Hayastan All Armenian Fund to send humanitarian aid to Syria.

The finances will be allocated from the government’s reserve fund.

Armenia has sent humanitarian aid to Syria for several times.
