Ambassador Toghanyan delivers credentials to Russian President Putin

YEREVAN, MARCH 16, ARMENPRESS. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian federation Vardan Toghanyan delivered credentials to the Russian president Vladimir Putin on March 16.
As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the MFA Armenia, during the ceremony of delivering credentials at the Alexandrovsky Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace Vladimir Putin said that Russia and Armenia are linked by centuries of friendship and mutual understanding, adding that the day before meeting with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan reaffirmed that the two states confidently support each other as allies pushing ahead the Eurasian integration process by joint efforts.
The Russian President also stressed that partnership between Armenia and Russia in the spheres of economy, trade, investments and military-political aspect successfully develop, interactions in the spheres of tourism, culture, science, and education activate.
Putin also emphasized that Russia is ready to make maximal efforts to settle regional conflicts.
