Temperature drops to -30 degrees overnight in Armenia

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 18, ARMENPRESS. A severe low thermal background was recorded overnight in Armenia. The average temperature was lower by 10-15 degrees than the climatic norm, Gagik Surenyan, head of the meteorological center of Hydromet Service said on Facebook.

The temperature reached -30 degrees in Ashotsk, -28 in Tsakhkahovit, -26-27 in Gavar, Gyumri, Aparan, Vardenis, -23-24 in Sisian, Tashir, Amasia, Hrazdan, Martuni, Shorzha, and -18-22 in the Ararat Plain.
