Killed Armenians in Moscow ID’d, manhunt for suspect underway

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 24, ARMENPRESS. The identities of the two Armenians citizens – who had been found dead earlier in Moscow – have been revealed. A manhunt is underway for the suspected murderer, the Foreign Ministry of Armenia told ARMENPRESS, citing Russian authorities.

Two dead Armenian citizens have been found in “New” Moscow. The bodies had gunshot wounds.

Yulya Ivanova – a Moscow official of the Investigative Committee has confirmed the report and said an investigation task force is operating at the scene. A criminal case has been initiated.

She added the bodies were discovered in a rented apartment in Rodnik microdistrict of the “New” Moscow district, Moscow.

“Investigators are currently at the scene, they are questioning neighbors and possible witnesses. An Investigation is underway to determine the circumstances of the incident”, she said.
