Interbank market of Armenia: 5.5 million USD purchased and sold last week

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS. 74 million 789 thousand and 868 USD were purchased in the period of September 12-16 with 473.24 AMD average exchange rate of USD in the intra bank market of Armenia. In the same period 73 million 918 thousand and 563 USD were sold with an average exchange rate of 474.81 AMD.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia, 5.5 million USD were sold and purchased in the interbank currency market with 474.35 AMD as an average exchange rate of the USD.

“Nasdaq Oemex Armenia” OJSC did not make any transactions in the abovementioned period.

In the period of September 12-16, AMD disbursements totaled 41.9 billion, while USD disbursements totaled 36.8 million.
