President of Artsakh and "HALO Trust" representatives discuss mine clearance issues

YEREVAN, AUGUST 23, ARMENPRESS. Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received the delegation of the "HALO Trust" organization on August 23 headed by its chief executive officer James Cowan.
