FIDE ratings: Levon Aronian is 5th

YEREVAN, JULY 1, ARMENPRESS. FIDE published a new rating table on July 1, reports “Armenpress”.

The rating tops world champion Magnus Carlsen with 2855 points. Leader of the Armenian National chess team Levon Aronian ranks the 5th with 2792 points.

Armenian chess players Gabriel Sargsyan (56th place), Vladimir Akopyan (62nd place) and Sergei Movsisyan (76th place) are also included in the list of 100 top chess players.

Our chess players Elina Danielyan (39th place), Lilit Mkrtchyan (42th place) are among the list of the world strongest 100 women chess players.
