Sargsyan reveals Aliyev’s irrational behavior to Zeman

YEREVAN, JUNE 8, ARMENPRESS. President Serzh Sargsyan expressed concern to Czech President Milos Zeman over Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s irrational behavior.

“In particular, his speech at the 4th World Azerbaijanis Congress, with cynical assessments on the state of Armenia, the personal insults addressed to the President, with whom by the way he is due to hold talks soon, with some ideas transforming the history to ridiculousness, has formed a clear perception of inadequacy. I hope this is some kind of a temporary issue, some sort of expression of manliness which will soon go away, because we have a responsibility for serious work in the future. And I hope this isn’t an intentional behavior aimed at hindering the Vienna agreements”, President Sargsyan said.
