Entre Rios province of Argentina recognizes Armenian Genocide

YEREVAN, JUNE 1, ARMENPRESS. Although Argentina legally recognized the Armenian Genocide, the local legislative bodies of the Argentine provinces adopt new resolutions recognizing the Genocide.

Entre Riosprovince of Argentina passed a law which was attached to the 26,199 national law recognizing the Armenian Genocide. According to the 26,199 nationallaw, the April 24 was declared as a “Day of action for tolerance and respect between people”, “Armenpress” reports, Prensa Armenia informs.

All participants approved the resolution.
