20mln USD to be invested in “DVIN” hotel reconstruction in Armenia

YEREVAN, MAY 5, ARMENPRESS. The Government has approved the investment program of reconstructing the “DVIN” hotel complex.

The “CCJ Caucasian communication group” forecasts to finish the construction until 2019, by making necessary investments.

The construction is carried out by high standards, and the complex will also include a residential area – “Apartments Plaza”, comprised of 60 “luxury” class apartments.

2016 investments will amount 20 million USD. Another 70 million is planned to be invested.

The Prime Minister instructed to proceed with preparing the documents.
