Iveta Mukuchyan’s cover version of "LoveWave" combining ethnic musical elements with jazz released

YEREVAN, APRIL 30, ARMENPRESS. The Public TV Company of Armenia officially released a cover version of "LoveWave" on April 30, featuring Iveta Mukuchyan and “Miqayel Voskanyan and friends band”.

"When we decided to cover "LoveWave" we instantly thought about this genre and really wanted to use a traditional Armenian instrument, thus combining ethnic musical elements with jazz, rock sounds. I think a lot of people are going to fall in love with this cover. Also, soon we are going to release the official remix of "LoveWave" - just in time for Eurovision parties!" “Armenpress” reports, citing Public TV,Iveta Mukuchyan said.

Miqayel Voskanyan, the founder of “Miqayel Voskanyan and friends band”, said it was challenging yet very exciting to cover Iveta’s song.

“At first we spent several days figuring out what would be the best way to cover “LoveWave”. But as soon as we started the rehearsals with Iveta, we realized that we have chosen the right genre and instruments. We are really excited to present this cover to everyone!” Miqayel said.
