South Ossetia expresses full solidarity with Artsakh

YEREVAN, APRIL 6, ARMENPRESS. Attheinitiative of theSouthOssetian party, a telephoneconversationtook place betweenMinisterof Foreign Affairsofthe Nagorno KarabakhRepublicKaren Mirzoyan andMinisterof Foreign Affairsofthe Republic ofSouthOssetia Kazbulat Tskhovrebov on April 6.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of NKR MFA, Karen Mirzoyan informed hiscounterpart about the offensiveoperation unleashed by Azerbaijanalong the Line ofContact between the armedforces of Nagorno Karabakhand Azerbaijan in theearly hours of April 2,also briefing on therecent developments.

Kazbulat Tskhovrebov expressed deepconcern about the currentsituation, as well as conveyedthefull support ofthepeople and authoritiesofSouth Ossetia toArtsakh.

Earlier, the Foreign Ministry ofthe Republic of SouthOssetia had issued a statement, which strongly condemned Azerbaijanfor seeking a forced resolution ofthe conflictand called upontheinternational community totakeurgent measures to immediately cease thefirein the militaryoperationszone.
