YEREVAN, APRIL 4, ARMENPRESS. Second president of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan considers that NKR government and Defense Army undertake all the necessary actions to repel the Azerbaijani aggression. As “Armenpress” reports, the head of Robert Kocharyan’ Office Victor Soghomonyan informs about this on Armenian second president’s non-official website. “Robert Kocharyan is in Armenia. During these days he keeps contact with the NKR president Bako Sahakyan and is informed about the military actions taking place in the contact line and more generally about the current situation in Karabakh. Full concentration of forces and means and the readiness of every citizen is necessary to stand in the defense of Artsakh which is implemented by the government of Nagorno Karabakh, as well as by the citizens during these heavy days”, reads Soghomonyan’s comment.
