Doha-Yerevan-Doha direct flights to kick off from May

YEREVAN, JANUARY 26, ARMENPRESS. From May 15, 2016 direct flights will be conducted in Doha-Yerevan-Doha directions. Press secretary of the General Department ofCivil AviationRubenGrdzelyan informed“Armenpress” that the flights will be conducted by Qatar Airways by A320 aircraft 4 times a week.

Head of theGeneral Departmentof theCivil Aviation Artyom Movsesyan highly appreciates the preparedness of Qatar Airways’ experienced staff and amiable attitude. “I am happy that our two-year long negotiations came out to be effective”, he mentioned.

CEO of Qatar Airways Akbar Al Baker considers that Doha-Yerevan-Doha flights will grant Armenians with a good opportunity to travel in 150 directions conducted by the airline.
