Defense Ministers of Armenia and Belarus sign bilateral cooperation plan 2016

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 23, ARMENPRESS. Defense Minister of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan held bilateral meetings with Russian Defense Minister,Army General Sergei Shoigu, Belarusian Defense Minister,Lieutenant-General Andrei Ravkov and newly appointed Chief of General Staff of Kyrgyzstan Colonel Zhanybek Kaparova on December 23 in Moscow.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Defense Ministry of the Republic of Armenia, agreement “about the creation of a united regional air defense system in the Caucasian collective security region” and 2016 cooperation plan of Armenian and Russian Defense Ministries were signed in the meeting with the RF Defense Minister,Army General Sergei Shoigu. A number of issues referring to bilateral military-technical cooperation were discussed.

Bilateral cooperation plan 2016 between the Defense Ministries of Armenia and Belarus was signed in the meeting with Belarusian Defense Minister,Lieutenant-General Andrei Ravkov. Issues of bilateral interest were discussed.
