Armenia reaffirms its commitment to Francophonie, its values and mission

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 10, ARMENPRESS. Armenia, hosting the Ministerial Conference of the International Organization of La Francophonie, expressed its profound commitment to Francophonie and the values the organization spreads. “Armenpress” reports that Armenia Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian noted at the Ministerial Conference of the International Organization of La Francophonie launched in Yerevan that Armenia found itself in the crossroad of civilizations, the mission of the country is spreading tolerance, peace propaganda and enthusiasm in relation to the dialogue between civilizations and cultures.

“I reaffirm Armenia’s commitment in behalf of Francophonie, its values and mission. The ties between Francophonie and the parliament of Armenia have strengthened in the parliamentary format; we have strengthened our relations with Francophone countries. The organization of this conference will become an important phase to strengthen our cooperation, ” Armenia Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stated.
