100 Syrian-Armenian youngsters to participate in free educational program

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 30, ARMENPRESS. "Aleppo" Compatriotic Charitable Non-Governmental Organization commenced Syrian Youth for Better Future in Armenia” youth participation training program. By means of the program more than 100 Syrian-Armenian youngsters will participate in the educational program which is funded by the Embassy of the United States of America in Armenia.
As “Armenpress” reports, the program involves training courses, workshops, seminars, discussions, and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC).
Some of the topics of the training program are as follows: Social responsibility, volunteerism, leadership, conflict resolution, human rights.
Participation in the training program is free. Training courses will be delivered by qualified and experienced professionals. At the end of the program, participants will be awarded Certificates for their efforts, active and successful participation in the training program. The duration of the program is 10 months.
“ALEPPO” Compatriotic Charitable Non-Governmental Organization is established by a group of Syrian-Armenians in Armenia and was registered in 2013. Further the organization was also registered in the United States of America in 2014. Today, 25 women and 125 youngsters work in the organization by volunteer basis.
