Government to improve working and social conditions of Stepanakert Republican Library

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 10, ARMENPRESS. On September 10 Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the Stepanakert Republican Library after Mesrop Mashtots and met with it staff.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President, Bako Sahakyan highlighted the role of this institution in the development of culture and upbringing of the younger generation in the republic, noting that a number of programs are to be implemented to improve working and social conditions of the library's staff.
