YEREVAN, AUGUST 24, ARMENPRESS. We will have a new quality Armenia after Constitutional Reforms without government monopoly and the power will be decentralized. Armenpress reports that Head of Armenian Revolutionary Federation Faction Armen Rustamyan expressed confidence during the meeting with journalists on August 24 that Constitutional Reforms are an imperative and there is both social and political demand in that reference.
“Governmental authorities will be distributed in several directions according to the new Constitution and thus one of the main problems will be solved. We are confident that the base of the problems of Armenia is political and we must get rid of monopoly in the first place. According to the new draft Constitution, no official will have so much power as he used to. All the powers are distributed and it will prevent powers’ centralization in one system.”, said Armen Rustamyan adding that current Constitution does not prevent from having a good country but it does not contribute to the latter.
