Youri Djorkaeff and Alain Boghossian to follow France-Armenia friendly at Allianz Riviera stadium

YEREVAN, AUGUST 19, ARMENPRESS. The friendly match between France and Armenia national teams will take place in the Allianz Riviera stadium in Nice, October 8. Armenpress reports, referring to “Nouvelles d'Armenie”, that the decision was made by the French Football Federation and the stadium is now being prepared for the important event. Stadium director Sylvia Collocannounced that the match is important both for France and French-Armenians and that they take all the necessary measures to organize the friendly match at a high level.

”It is a very important match for us and we are glad that the event will take place in Nice.”, said Sylvia adding that an exhibition dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide will be held near “Allianz Riviera”, and exceptionally Armenian dishes will be served in a nearby café on that day. Armenian folk music will also be played. Sylvia Collocalso informed that famous footballers Youri Djorkaeff and Alain Boghossian would follow the match at the stadium.
