PSRC to discuss issue of giving approval to alienation of “Orange Armenia” shares to “Ucom”

YEREVAN, AUGUST 18, ARMENPRESS. Public Services Regulatory Commissionof the Republic ofArmeniawill discuss the issue of giving approval to alienate shares of "Orange Armenia" CJSC. As “Armenpress” was informed from the Public Services Regulatory Commission, the session will be held on August 20.

“Recognizing as a basis the 14th article of the law of the Republic of Armenia about “Electronic communications” and taking into account the 2015, August 14, №01/11/9743-15 writ of the Ministry of Transport and Communication of the Republic of Armenia and the 2015, August 11, N374-15AM writ of “Orange Armenia”, Public Services Regulatory Commissionof the Republic ofArmeniadecides to give approval of alienating the shares of the closed joint-stock company “Orange participación” which is a 100% shareholder of "ORANGE ARMENIA" Joint-Stock Company, to “UCOM" limited liability company”, reads the bill of the PSRC.
