Martuni town welcomes outstanding armwrestlers of Pan-Armenian Games

GAVAR, AUGUST 14, ARMENPRESS. The people of Martuni town of Gegharkunik Province joyously welcomed the armwrestlers who won 5 medals in the Pan-Armenian Games. Armenpress reports that Gevorg Baghdasaryan, Martuni sports school director and coach of the athletes of Martuni town, informed that 3 armwrestlers from Martuni were able to win 5 medals and occupy the 15th place in medal count among 135 participating teams.

According to the data of Education, Culture and Sports Department of Gegharkunik Province Regional Administration, Sevan, Chambarak, Vardenis and Gavar town teams won no medals in the Pan-Armenian Games.
