MIDEM Honorary Guest Armenia’s breath is everywhere in Cannes

YEREVAN, JUNE 6, ARMENPRESS:Armenia will participate as a Country of Honor in France’s MIDEM music industry festival from June 5 to June 8 in Cannes, supported by the Armenian State Commission on the Armenian Genocide Centenary Commemoration, the Armenian Ministry of Culture and the sponsorship, provided by Tashir Group. The project is implemented by ProArt Company.

Armenia is represented in this authoritative festival under the concept “The Armenian elements of music”. The pomegranate with four different colors representing earth, air, water and fire is the symbol of the MIDEM 2015 festival.

The press service of the Armenian President’s Office informed Armenpress that Cannes, which is hosting numerous tourists, is adorned with Armenian colors. The entire city is decorated with flags “Armenia – Honorary Country”, with billboards reading about the Armenian events and programs and the front billboard of the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès is dedicated to Armenia.
