Referenda for community enlargement projects to be held in Armenia in May

YEREVAN, 17 MARCH, ARMENPRESS. This year Armenia will be carrying out three pilot community enlargement projects in the Tumanyan community of Lori Province, the Tatev community of Syunik Province and the Dilijan community of Tavush Province. On May 17, local referenda will be held in the Dilijan, Haghartsin, Teghut, Gosh, Aghavnavank, Khachardzan and Hovk communities of Tavush Province, the Tumanyan, Marts, Karinj, Lorut, Shamut, Atan and Ahnidzor communities of Lori Province, as well as the Shinuhayr, Tatev, Halidzor, Harzhis, Svarants, Khot, Tandzatap, Kashuni communities of Syunik Province.

The drafts of the relevant decision have been included in the agenda for the March 19 session of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
