Julfalakyan Junior about Olympic gold, Baku Games and his sports journalist profession

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 18, ARMENPRESS:The sports life of the sportsmen is not long and after the successes of the young years sometimes it becomes difficult to find the second profession, which can also become a favorite job. The wrestling champion of Armenia Aram Julfalakyan, after his sports carrier, sees himself in the sports journalism.

Armenpress had a talk with the Armenia’s champion about the Armenia’s tournament, Baku’s European Games and the wrestling successes in the family of Julfalakyan.

- The Armenia’s tournament is already a part of the history and now, when the tension has passed and you are the champion of Armenia, how do you evaluate the situation? What did not you manage to do during the previous years and what did you do this time to succeed?

- Every year I aim at winning though something was always missing. Due to different mistakes. This year I managed to smooth all the mistakes and finally win.

- During the tournament your brother was next to you as an ardent fan. Did it play some role in your victory?

- Certainly. But I should say also that my brother is always by my side. If, surely, he does not participate in other sports events. He supports me in every issue. My father, even if he is in the gym, is not always next to me, as he is the coach of many. He is a more ardent fan than the others, as he takes it very close when his relative is on the mat.
