Names of three candidates to compete for Armenia’s judge at ECHR announced

YEREVAN, 13 FEBRUARY, ARMENPRESS. Currently, the Republic of Armenia has three candidates for the post of judge at the European Court of Human Rights, includingJudge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Erebuni and Nubarashen Administrative Districts of Yerevan Liza Grigoryan, candidate of legal sciences Liana Hakobyan and former Human Rights Defender Armen Harutyunyan. There are only four days left before the end of the deadline for registration of candidates, as “Armenpress” reports, according to the official website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

The corresponding documents for participation in the competition for Armenia’s judge at the ECHR may be submitted until February 17, 2015 (18:00). The competition is held in two stages, the first of which is the stage of checking completeness and compliance of documents, and the second of which is the interview stage.
