4-year-old child is feeling relatively better after foot amputation

YEREVAN, 9 FEBRUARY, ARMENPRESS. Four-year-old Elena Dallakyan, who was injured after the explosion of a grenade, is in heavy condition at the reanimation department. As doctors of the reanimation department of the “Surp Astvatsamayr” Medical Center told “Armenpress”, the child has to be under their supervision for several days.“The child was initially in extremely heavy condition. She got out of the situation, but there still are certain risks,”the doctors said, adding that the child is conscious.

If doctors didn’t amputate her foot, the child would start being intoxicated and would eventually die.
