EEU key principles are equality, mutual respect and pragmatism: Putin

MOSCOW, DECEMBER 4, ARMENPRESS: The Eurasian Economic Union will start functioning from January 1 2015, the key principles of which are equality, mutual respect and pragmatism. Armenpress reports that the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin stated about it in his annual state of the nation address at the Federal Assembly.

“The key principles are the preservation of the national identity and sovereignty of all member states. I am certain that the close cooperation will become a powerful source of development for all the member states of theEurasian Economic Union”, - said Putin.
