Armenia's Ministry of Nature Protection and USAID to continue cooperation

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 20, ARMENPRESS: Nature Protection Minister of Armenia Aramayis Grigoryan received USAID/ArmeniaDirector Karen Hilliard, Nature Protection Ministry’s press service informed Armenpress.

Welcoming the guest, the Minister expressed gratitude to the USAID mission for the activity extended in Armenia, specifically for cooperation with the Nature Protection Ministry and its support.

Referring to the issue on national resources of water, particularly to saving and efficient management of the underground fresh water of the Ararat Plain, Aramayis Grigoryan highly assessed the projects implemented by the USAID and expressed hope that they will serve as a basis for further cooperation.

Karen Hilliard noted that Armenia is one of the countries, with which the USAID is ready to cooperate and assist in implementation of projects significant for the country.
