Armenian goldsmiths makes new symbol and offers to use it at President’s inauguration

YEREVAN, JULY 7, ARMENPRESS.The goldsmiths, silversmiths Arshak Manukyan has made a symbol of democracy and unity. He offers to use it during the inauguration of the President of the Republic of Armenia. The governor Ashot Ghahramanyan stated this at the end of the public discussion on the initial concept of the constitutional reforms held in Armavir. “I want to make a suggestion, at the course of the inauguration ceremony of presidents in many countries the presidents of those countries use different attributes. One of those attributes is absent at us, but our talented master has made a wonderful thing and offers the committee of the constitutional reforms to use this symbol during the inauguration of the President in the next presidential elections,” the governor said introducing the symbol to the Chairman of the Constitutional Court and the participants. “It is composed of chain with the 10 provinces of the Republic and a cane. The coat of arms of the Republic of Armenia is on its top. It symbolizes priority of justice, democracy and law,” the governor Ashot Ghahramanyan noted as reported by Armenpress.
